Kundali Shuddhi ("Kundali Shuddhi", "we", "us", or "our") is a brand owned and operated by Vitta Mantrana Pvt Ltd ("Company").

Because Kundali Shuddhi provides personalised astrology and related services, some of the information provided by users may be highly personal, including birth information, family information, relationship information, religious or spiritual information, and information supplied for specific services such as online puja.

4.4 AI training, improvement, quality and safety
Kundali Shuddhi may use user data, conversations, submitted information, generated responses, feedback and related Service data to train, evaluate, improve and maintain its AI systems and Services.
OpenAI may also process relevant information under its own terms, policies and applicable practices for its services, including for training, evaluation, quality and safety purposes as applicable.
Users should therefore not submit information to the AI Services that they do not wish to be processed for these purposes.

Kundali Shuddhi uses OpenAI for AI services. Information submitted to or processed through AI Services may therefore be processed by OpenAI in accordance with OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Because AI conversations may be retained both on Kundali Shuddhi's systems and on OpenAI's systems, deletion from Kundali Shuddhi's systems does not automatically delete information held by OpenAI.
Where a user seeks deletion of information held by OpenAI, the user may need to make the relevant request directly to OpenAI.
6.3 Puja and ceremony providers
Where necessary to fulfil an online puja or related Service, relevant information may be shared with the priest, temple, ceremony provider or other person or organisation performing or facilitating the requested service.
This may include information such as the user's name, father's name, gotra, nakshatra, rashi, deity or ceremony details and other information required for the service.
6.4 Delivery and logistics providers
For physical products, relevant shipping and delivery information may be shared with courier, logistics and delivery providers.
6.5 Legal and security disclosures
We may disclose information where required or permitted for legal compliance, lawful governmental or law-enforcement requests, prevention of fraud or abuse, protection of users or the Platform, or establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights.
6.6 Business transfers

Kundali Shuddhi's primary application and website hosting infrastructure is provided through Hostinger, with hosting infrastructure located in India.
Personal information may also be processed or stored by third-party service providers, including OpenAI and other providers described in this Privacy Policy.
Where information is processed or stored by third-party providers, the applicable provider's own systems, policies and contractual arrangements may also apply.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for other legitimate operational, legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution and compliance purposes.
Our retention practices are also subject to applicable Indian law and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and security requirements.

Users may request deletion of their Kundali Shuddhi account and information stored by Kundali Shuddhi by writing to us from their registered email address.

Deletion of information from Kundali Shuddhi's systems does not automatically result in deletion from systems operated by third-party providers such as OpenAI.
Where information is held by a third-party provider under that provider's own systems and policies, the user may need to make the relevant request directly to that provider.
We may retain information where retention is necessary or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, regulatory or other legitimate purposes.

Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request, users may have rights or choices concerning their personal information, including:
