REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases and bookings made on the Kundali Shuddhi platform (www.kundalishuddhi.com), operated by Vitta Mantrana Pvt Ltd. Please read this Policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a transaction on our Platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI ID) used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to a wallet or any alternate payment method.

1. AI-GENERATED REPORTS & READINGS

All reports and readings on Kundali Shuddhi are generated instantly by artificial intelligence. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, our refund window is limited.


What is not refundable:

  • Any AI-generated Kundali report or reading that has been delivered to your account.
  • Reports where incorrect birth details were entered by the user. Please double-check all inputs — name, date, time, and place of birth — before confirming your purchase.
  • Requests for refund on the grounds of dissatisfaction with predictions or remedy suggestions. Astrological outputs are interpretive in nature and no accuracy is guaranteed.


When a refund may be considered:

  • You request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase AND the report has not yet been delivered to your account.
  • Payment was deducted but the report was not delivered due to a technical error on our Platform. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.


How to request: Email [email protected] with your registered email ID, order ID, and a brief description of the issue within the applicable window. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 working days.



2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all paid features until that date.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., after cancellation or a duplicate charge), write to us within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate.


Note: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except in cases of verified erroneous charges.



3. ONLINE PUJA SERVICES

Puja bookings are facilitated by Vitta Mantrana Pvt Ltd through empanelled temples and independent priests. Once a puja is performed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.


Cancellation before the puja date:

  • Cancelled 48 or more hours before the scheduled puja date: Full refund to original payment source.
  • Cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled puja date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded; 50% is retained as a cancellation charge.
  • No refund will be issued once the puja has been performed, regardless of the reason.


Rescheduling:

  • Requests to reschedule a puja must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date by writing to us at [email protected]. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted once per booking.


How to cancel or reschedule: Email [email protected] with your booking ID and registered email ID. Cancellations requested after the puja is performed will not be entertained.



4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical Products (gemstones, yantras, rudraksha, malas, idols, and other remedial items) are currently shipped within India only.


Cancellation before dispatch:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Write to [email protected] with your order ID.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns after delivery:

  • We accept return or replacement requests only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or materially incorrect condition. Video evidence has to be shared to validate claims before decision for refund/replacement is made.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or defect sent to [email protected].
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.


Non-returnable items:

  • Customised, personalised, or energised products (e.g., energised yantras, custom-engraved items) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products returned without prior written approval from our support team will not be accepted.


Deductions on refund: All refunds for physical product returns are processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, two-way shipping costs, and GST. No such deductions are made where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).



5. DUPLICATE & ERRONEOUS PAYMENTS

In the event your account is charged more than once for the same transaction, or you are charged after a confirmed cancellation:

  • Write to us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your transaction ID(s) and a screenshot of the bank/payment record.
  • Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded in full to the original payment source within 7 working days.


If you experience a payment failure mid-transaction (e.g., due to a slow connection or session timeout), please check your bank account before attempting payment again. Do not make a second payment without confirming the first has failed. For assistance, contact us immediately at [email protected].



6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

All approved refunds are credited to the original payment source. Processing timelines are as follows:


  • UPI / Net Banking: 14 working days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 10 –14 working days (depending on your card-issuing bank)
  • Wallet Payments: 5 working days


These timelines begin from the date we confirm and initiate the refund. Delays attributable to your bank or payment provider are beyond our control. If you do not receive your refund within the above window, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.



7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Verbal or phone requests will not be processed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for services availed during free trials or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Vitta Mantrana Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this Policy.
  • Decisions made by our support team regarding refund eligibility are final. In case of a dispute, users may escalate to our Grievance Officer at [email protected].
  • This Policy is subject to change. The most recent version will always be available at www.kundalishuddhi.com/refund-policy. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Kundali Shuddhi.
